My personal healthcare result

My personal healthcare result is released today and I am all right! Just my uric acid result is 0.48, slightly over range ( 0.20 - 0.42 ).

My health checkup is done by Pathology & Clinical Laboratory ( M ) Sdn Bhd and
the detail explanation of my health checkup result is done properly and satisfactory.

Pathology & Clinical Laboratory ( M ) Sdn Bhd sent its expert to Hwa Lian school and there are quite a number of teachers participate in the programme.

Well, to have a healthy life style , exercise 3 times a week, proper food , no stress and good rest is the key to maintain good health.
