Respond to student's comment

A student from Hwa Lian comments that less school activities will make the school discipline better. I don't really agree as all school activities will make better students so that they are not only good in study but to have more training in activities to be a better person and a good leader.

However, I do agree with you that teachers who just demerit students without reasoning is not the right thing to do. All students should be given chances to prove themselves that they should not be punished. I don't think teachers will simply demerit students without good accuse! As a student, do try your very best in study and taking part in school activities, you will find studying in Hwa Lian is so much fun, just like studying in heaven!
